Please note the TikTok Affiliate Partner (TAP) program with Optimise is currently only available in Singapore via Optimise SEA.

Getting Started​

Apply to join the TikTok Shop Campaign​

To get started with the TikTok Affiliate Partner (TAP) program via Optimise follow these simple steps below:

  1. Login to your Optimise account
  2. Navigate to Campaigns > TikTok
  3. Click on Details tab to review the Campaign Information
  4. Click the Apply button in the top right corner
  5. Review the Terms & Conditions of the Campaign and click Next
  6. Select the websites/media where you will promote TikTok Shop and click Apply
  7. You will need to wait for your application to be approved

Promote products​

  1. Once your application has been approved, Login to your Optimise account and navigate to Campaigns > TikTok
  2. Under the Products tab you will see all the Products that have been made available to promote by TikTok Shop Sellers
  3. You can refine your Search using the criteria below

If you're button is greyed out, you will need to first apply for the TikTok Campaigns with Optimise.

  1. Click the "Copy Affiliate Link" button to generate a unique Tracking URL and copy to your clipboard

Each TikTok Product must be promoted via a unique tracking link generated by the TikTok Shop page in Optimise Dashboard. Failure to do so may result in inaccurate tracking and rejection of the Conversion & associated Commission.

Only sales generated via the mobile app are eligible for Commission.

Tracking​

Overview​

A unique tracking URL must be generated for each TikTok Shop product due to the dynamic way that TikTok Shop works.

When a user clicks an Optimise Tracking URL for TikTok Shop they be redirected to the relevant Product inside the TikTok Shop App.

Sales are automatically added to your Conversions report as they are made available. Please note there may be a delay before this appears in your Conversion Report.

A TikTok Shop Tracking URL consists of the following components:

UID​

TikTok Shop Tracking URLs fully support UID.
